All our past actions are teaching moments for our present self. Asking for help is a gift I give myself and others. Admitting that we need help, because we all do-shows strength of character.

By creating your own self-compassion, mindfulness, meditation and prayer practice; you are invited to become truly honest and present with yourself. This can be both challenging and beautiful at the same time. But always genuine and life-giving.

Talk less and listen more. You are always guided and supplied with whatever you need for your personal growth. Every situation you surpass only makes you stronger and more resilient. Always lift each other up.

Sometimes we can be very hard on ourselves. Start by paying attention to developing your gratitude and kindness for yourself. Say positive affirmations of kindness to yourself; that you would say to a good friend or colleague.

Spread your light energy, and your life energy out in the world. Listen to your Mind Body Spirit; it is your health journey, your life journey, your spiritual journey that holds the truth to your wellbeing.

You are your thoughts. Always choose to speak and think positively about yourself and the results will show quickly. You are loved!
