The Power Of Prayer

Through prayer, meditation, and gratitude, this reawakens your true spiritual essence. In our prayer life we talk to God. In our meditation practice we listen to God. When we are on our spiritual or religious journey, we know that we are loved and honored.
The Conversation
We all have to have that challenging and difficult conversation in order to protect our peace. Challenges can sometimes be blessings in disguise. They empower us to set our boundaries, speak up, and know our worth. It makes us brave and courageous to stand up for what is right, and know that we are resilient.
